What’s included in the press-on manicure kit?

Each manicure kit includes:

  • 30 nail tips in 15 sizes, organized by size in two rows,
  • 2ml/0.07oz of Nail Glue,
  • dual file,
  • cuticle wood stick pusher,
  • 2 alcohol prep pads.

It has everything you need for a quick and easy application on the go.

Why are adhesive tabs not included in the kit?

Adhesive tabs are ideal for temporary wear, such as for a photoshoot or event, but they are not reliable enough for everyday use. We offer adhesive tabs separately to meet specific needs without contributing to unnecessary waste. 

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, GLEO NAILS is committed to minimizing suffering on this planet. We are a cruelty-free brand that works with manufacturers who share our values and meet stringent standards.

All our products are vegan, cruelty-free and produced by companies that are FDA and GMP certified.

How long do press-ons last?

When applied with our glue, the press-ons can last between 7 to 20 days, depending on lifestyle factors such as exposure to hot water, household chemicals, and physical pressure. Our glue is formulated to be stronger than many competitors', ensuring the nails stay secure. For longer-lasting press-ons, please follow our application guide.

Please note that removing the press-on nails within the first 3 days from the glue application can be challenging due to the strong adhesive bond. 

Adhesive tabs are recommended for temporary wear, and can hold up for a few days. 

Nail tips can be reapplied or re-glued if necessary, and with normal wear, the design can last as long as a high-quality gel or acrylic salon set.

However, actual durability may vary based on individual activity levels. 

Do press-ons damage my natural nails?

Press-ons are significantly less damaging than salon gel or acrylic applications. They require minimal or no filing of the natural nail before application, primarily needing a clean, oil-free surface. However, if your natural nails are short, long nail extensions of any type can be damaging. For those with shorter nails, we recommend choosing shorter-length options to minimize stress on your natural nails. 

Can I reuse GLEO press-ons?

The short answer is YES — especially if you use adhesive tabs. However, we do not specifically market our product as reusable. Our goal is to simplify the lives of busy women.

Every application and removal consumes time, so we've developed a product designed for ultimate convenience: quick and easy application with no adjustments needed. The glue adhesive typically lasts about two weeks, depending on your lifestyle.

You can apply a new GLEO set and enjoy beautiful nails for two weeks with no additional hassle — it's the closest alternative to salon-quality acrylic, gel, or powder sets.

How should I store press-ons?

Store your press-ons at room temperature to prevent the glue from drying out. Unopened glue typically lasts over a year. Once opened, the glue should be used within 3 months, as it begins to dry out after this period. The nail tips themselves are not affected by time.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all addresses within the continental United States. Stay tuned as we plan to expand our shipping destinations in the near future!

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-4 business days, while economy shipping takes 5-8 business days, depending on your location. Both options are available at checkout for your convenience.

Where’s my tracking number?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number. If you haven’t received it within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team at hello@gleonails.com for assistance.

How can I update the shipping address after an order is placed?

To update your shipping address, please contact our customer service at hello@gleonails.com as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

GLEO NAILS is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have left our facility, nor for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once tracking information has been provided. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping company directly as it is their responsibility to ensure all goods arrive safely.

However, if your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@gleonails.com immediately. We will assist in tracking down the package and will discuss the options available for a replacement or refund as necessary.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return the product?

While we do not accept returns, or exchanges due to hygiene and safety standards, we are committed to doing everything in our power to make things right for you.

It saves you the hassle of returning the package, and helps reduce the carbon footprint.

Instead, we offer several solutions to resolve any issues.

What if I'm not satisfied with the product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at hello@gleonails.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a brief description of the issue, your order number, and a photo of the product. We can offer a personalized discount on future purchases, replace the product at no additional cost, or provide a full refund* of the product price.

How can I get a full refund?

At GLEO NAILS, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction and offer a worry-free shopping experience. To request a full refund*, please contact us at hello@gleonails.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a brief description of the issue, your order number, and a photo of the product to help us assess the situation. We can provide a full refund* of the product price.

*Please note:

  • Any shipping costs incurred that were not covered by the buyer will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • GLEO NAILS reserves the right to deny a refund in cases of suspicious activity or fraud. The maximum refund amount is $100.

This policy ensures that you can try and test our products with peace of mind and risk-free. 

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive your claim and it is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your bank or credit card issuer.

Can I exchange the product for a different one?
