Currently, we offer shipping to the continental United States and are planning to expand our services. Stay updated by joining our email list!

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 4 business days, Economy 5 to 8 business days.

Ensuring your convenience is our priority. 

Additional Information: 

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress. 
  • Holiday Seasons: During high volume periods, such as holiday seasons, please allow extra time for processing and shipping. 
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. GLEO NAILS is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 

If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, please notify us immediately at hello@gleonails.com. We will attempt to rectify the issue. However, if the order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot issue a refund, and the order will be deemed complete.

Every order undergoes manual inspection before shipment to ensure your satisfaction.

Please note, GLEO NAILS is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Our responsibility ends once the order leaves our facility. After receiving the tracking information, please communicate directly with the shipping carrier regarding any delivery-related issues.
