While we do not accept returns, or exchanges due to hygiene and safety standards, we are committed to doing everything in our power to make things right for you

Instead, we offer several solutions to resolve any issues.  

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a personalized discount on future purchases, replace the product at no additional cost, or provide a full refund* of the product price.

*Please note:

  • Any shipping costs incurred that were not covered by the buyer will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • GLEO NAILS reserves the right to deny a refund in cases of suspicious activity or fraud. The maximum refund amount is $100.

This policy ensures that you can try and test our products with peace of mind and risk-free. 

If you have any issues with your purchase, please email us at hello@gleonails.com within 7 days of delivery with a brief description of the issue, your order number, and a photo to help us address the situation and make it right for you! 

If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, please notify us immediately at hello@gleonails.com. We will attempt to rectify the issue. However, if the order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot issue a refund, and the order will be deemed complete. 

Every order undergoes a manual inspection before shipment to ensure you receive the best experience. 

Please note, GLEO NAILS is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process. 

After receiving the tracking information, please communicate directly with the shipping carrier regarding any delivery-related issues.
